Again don't think I really have to tell you about her. She's basically the same as in Spectacular Spider-Man, a kind woman who worries about Peter (Maybe a little too much) and loves cooking and baking (Her famous Wheat Cakes being Peter's "favorite" not really he just says that to make her feel good). In my interpretation though, she is suffering from a heart condition, which makes her unable to work. This becomes important later, as her condition progresses to the point of needing a heart transplant (But I'll get to that during Master Planner).

And about 10 months after the events of Maximum Carnage, a lot of criminals escaped from the RAFT and considering it was destroyed, they had to put them in normal jails which made it easier for them to escape again. What does this have to do with May? Well, one night after Peter reangled up Rhino and Shocker and Sandman one night, he came home and was so tired he just fell asleep with most of his suit still on(minus the mask, gloves and webshooters of course). He woke up the next morning, and apparently Aunt May wanted to surprise him with some Wheat Cakes(At this time Peter had moved in with MJ in Manhattan, they broke for the time being to focus on getting criminals back in prison, so they had separate rooms), well MJ didn't know peter was still in his suit, and sent Aunt may into his room. Well she dropped the wheat cakes which woke Peter up. After a minute or two of silence, Peter and MJ explained everything, from when Peter got his powers to Maximum Carnage. Aunt May understood why he was doing it and only had one request, Peter would take extra measures to keep himself safe. Just then Peter saw on the police scanner that scorpion was heading for the Bugle so he had to bail.

Design wise, I wanted her to feel like the classic Aunt May, while having a little bit of Ultimate thrown in there. I also added a little bit of my own mom in there for fun.
