You know I kinda had the usual "Snape family portrait" fanart in mind a little when I drew this...I wanted this to be as warm, soft and sweet as possible, almost as an "anti-Snape family"(at least the Snape family we know of ) I originally wasn´t going to give Evelyn and Severus any kids, but his horrible family history played a great part in my decision to create Soren, I wanted to give Severus an oportunity to conquer some of his past demons by becoming himself the loving father he never had(another reason I gave him a crazy kid like Soren...to make him work hard on being a good father )

Of course Allie is there (Soren named her after his cousin Alice ) I would have included Jack if it didn´t crowd the picture so much(and I can´t draw alligators and stuff )

I´ve been abusing the Mucha style lately, haven´t I?
