Interesting way you did the mouth, makes me want to see it open... And then started me thinking on gulper eels.

It's great, but the ears seem a little out of place (take away from the abused/fighter look).

I particularlly like the look of her larynx area! The wire muzzle's a nice touch too, very Hellraiser.
