looks pretty cool.
I like the fins idea.
The anatomy overall looks good only the snouth and mouth seem to be a bit off perspective ( more turned to the viewer then the rest)
I would lose the glowing eyes I saw some advise on youtube from a pro  concept artist that it's done too much without reason and looks cheap.

uhm I think it was in one of the " level up " video's on youtube , not sure
but you should definitly check that out if you don't know it
