it is a magnificent capture you took of it as well.
i don't think i have ever seen this plant--or-if i have- i don't recall it.
it looks like one i would remember.

Witch Hazel has astringent properties.It can be taken internally (diluted) usually in the form of a tincture, used superficially as a compress for bleeding and also used as a skin toner for oily skin, It can be bmixed with other herbs n things for many other types of health problems

You're very welcome. You should see a fair bit of it this time of year. Most of them have yellowish petals rather than these orangy-red ones.
