Artstation is too specialized resource. There are the only ones, with rare exceptions, who involved in game design, concept art etc. Here, the audience is more broad, lively and diverse.
Artstation is good, but... this is the place where you'll meet only colleagues from cg industry.

It's an art site which is far more professional than
DeviantArt and has much higher standards than DeviantArt
as well. His art fits perfectly for it-so it is no wonder why he would go there.

As far as I am aware, yes. Artstation allows videos, 3d,
and digital art-I can't find where it says it's rules for it right now
but I know for a fact photography isn't allowed. I don't think traditional
isn't accepted either.
It also has an actual bar to meet in skill level unlike many other art sites.
Which is why I mentioned the professionalism. There are actual people whoΒ
work for big gaming companies on there as well.
