According to Terry Nation's novelisation of Genesis of the Daleks, and the Big Finish Davros audio plays, Davros was a normal able bodied Kaled scientist before being horribly injured in a Thal nuclear attack.

i dunno that much about kaleds and thals, except that after the nuclear war thals became blue hippies and kaleds became brains and used armors davros built for them before the war, i guess davros forseen the war? lol
why didnt davros transform into a brain though?
also, notice the resemblence of the story to that of cybusman? XD

Rent or buy or borrow or 'obtain' Genesis of the Daleks and watch it now! Vital viewing for Daleks/Davros fans!
I'd tell you more but it would be spoilers for Genesis, one of the best Doctor Who stories ever!

Thank you!
I got the effect by drawing in all the wrinkles and features using a wide brush, then I got progressively darker and narrower. Then I added red tinting as required, then the lighter coloured highlights. I probably drew over all the features at least 50 times.

Well - That's very familiar to how I am colouring pics as well *hehe*
However - I love your Davros - I could squeeze him ^^
(Now that would be worth a pic too LOL)

Well - Just as I said - You keep improving your airbrush skills ^___^
(I might get a shock? Rather somebody who gets squeezed by me would get a shock himself LOL)
