I'm trying to be more expressive with my paintings - I'm a bit of a detail fiend at the moment. Β It's quite hard to let go of all those tiny details though so I admire artists like you who can get the perfect balance

I'm still trying to get the perfect balance as well for me: I like details, but I don't like when details take over and I forget the whole picture. But I guess that is in the artists nature: we are never satisfied and are always trying to best ourselves!
