Just finished these! Red with orange tip, orange with yellow tip, yellow with green tip, green with blue tip, blue with purple tip!I was doing math today, and I decided that it was time to paint my nails again, so I was trying to do math and come up with something at the same time, so I finally decided on this because I wanted to do a french manicure, but I wanted color too. French manicures can be so boring if you do them the way you're supposed to.
I was originally planning to do rainbow with black tips, but then I couldn't put purple on my nails, thus ruining the whole rainbow idea.
So I came up with this instead.Me and my OCD.
I now paint and sell fake nails, contact me in you're interested!

there is a technique that will make it MUCH easier to do the tips a dif. color using acetone and a eye shadow fluff brush

im trying to think of the best way to explain....if this doesnt make sense i will have to do a tutorial lol...
ok take your tip color and polish the tips of your nails worrying about coverage NOT how neat your line is.....next take the fluff brush and dip it into your acetone use it to "shape" your tip color working from the directon of your cuticle towards the tip laying the brush flat on your nail and moving it in small circles *this with some practice should give you that PERFECT "smile line"*
then take your back color and polish CAREFULY up to your tip color....it takes some practice to get the hang of it...but it works really well

I think I follow what to do pretty well, but if it's not too much trouble, I wouldn't mind a tutorial either.
I usually go by the natural line on my nail, but it's harder to find it when it's covered with nail polish.

The video is fine with me, it teaches me what I need to learn. It's better than what I have... I have a laptop webcam that makes a nasty squeaking sound, or a camera, but then I can't edit the video.
I'll have try that technique next if my nails are still long enough. I just tried a blending technique and the look is really popular!

Haha, aw, I was cheered up after I painted my nails. I was listening to Phantom Of The Opera, then I painted my nails, and I felt better.
The slumber party was fine, we did... Not a whole lot. I got there, we played with her hyperactive dog, got on the computer, I got her a DA account so she could look at anime pictures and favorite them... And we went on youtube for a while, then at about 3:00 AM, and got up at 1:00.

This game is being made out like it's the actual Superbowl game. The only other time people get this excited about non-Superbowl games is when the Chargers play the Raiders. Then again, the Chargers have been pressing for a stadium for a while now, and if they win the Superbowl, they'll probably end up getting it. That's plenty of reason for them to win it.

I was buying jewelry... Or really only one piece... That stuff was insanely expensive... Stupid Red Carpet quality jewelry... But I could potentially be getting into selling the jewelry sometime in the near future. Pay is $35 and hour.

No, I don't make jewelry, I'll probably just be selling it. I have friends that make jewelry, but I don't. I'd love to, but I can't afford to get another hobby. Maybe when I have money I might get into it.
It'll be a good job for me, give me something to do. I get $1,200 worth of jewelry to wear as an "advertisement", then people book me to go do a showcase at their house to sell the jewelry (meanwhile being paid $35 an hour), and I get freebies and discounts.
Then again, I'm technically not going to be working for them, I'll be working under my mom's name... The people book my mom, pay my mom, and my mom gets the credit from the company, but I do the presentation and whatnot, and my mom gives me what "she" earned.

No, I can stay local. I wouldn't want to do much traveling. The only traveling I'll be doing is from the person that books a show for me.

Ummm... Probably about an hour or so. I had to do a lot of layers of orange over the red to get it to show, same problem for the green over the yellow.
You should paint your nails then too!
