“What do you mean, this isn’t human ALT?!”
That’s right - this has NOTHING TO DO WITH ALT! This is Ibuki Komatsu from IdolMaster...and alright. I’ll say it. Ibuki’s hairdo resembling that of Alt is the main reason why I grew to love her.

I’ve always wanted to draw her and it’s her birthday today so I thought why not do it?

Ibuki is a super-cool hip-hop dancer and a little bit of a tomboy; she performs in the street and skateboards in her free time. I was surprised to find out that she’s 19 years old (and teaches a kids’ dance class) because in all honesty she seems much younger.

This might sound a bit weird but I’m kinda getting sick of drawing only full bodies. I want to make more waist-up, thigh-up, and headshot-type drawings so I thought I would start by making Ibuki one! Another thing I’ve wanted to do is make my shading less soft and more “drastic” if ya know what I mean. This has gotta be a start~
If you know any tips for making more “drastic” shading, please leave a comment telling me how to shade better!
