For some reason I linked Bentley from Sly Cooper and Tank in my mind. I started a two panel comic but realized how completely different they were in color, shape and design. Basically Tank helps dash steal the book and gets a taste for crime and makes gadgets like his propeller harness. Tortoises live for a very long time, so I imagined that he was alive since the species gained more human appearance.Now this is really just an excuse to draw Tank and Rainbow Dash in a hoodie, as well as practice backgrounds and shading. I guess Bentley could be Tank's descendant or something.

Yes! I thought that as well. The theft scene from the new episode reminded me of Sly Cooper SO much. The flashlight guards, hiding under tables (well, in this case it was a bed), and the music even sounded kinda Sly-like. Also, the fact that Dash is blue and has a tortoise as her pet (who gets around faster with gadgets) also helps the comparison.

I'm skeptical about it because Sucker Punch gave it to another developer to make. I mean, I'm certainly going to buy it as soon as it comes out, I'm not going to boycott it just because someone else is making it, but I will be playing it through very skeptical eyes. If it turns out to be good, then that's great. But if it isn't, I will be be raising hell.

I figure that the the games change so much (mini games, new characters, camera angles, story lines, etc.) from sequel to sequel that a new developer isn't such a big deal. I love Ratchet and Clank but they took the series in new directions I don't like the newest game that much. Same developers first game till last.
Like always I just hope it's good and if not, I wont buy the next game.

I hadn't looked at it like that. Maybe because I really didn't like the changes they made between 2 and 3, but it's still a valid point.
