I don't think one can beat the classic Doctor Fate costume, but this looks perfect for a Doctor Fate Junior.

I don't know... it's good, but it doesn't say "Dr. Fate" to me. I would (if I could actually draw) have gone for something more pseudo 1800s- you know, waistcoat and tie, big greatcoat, that kind of thing.
This is, however, a much better take on a more modern Fate than what DC actually did that one time. Look up Jared Stevens(character) if you want a prime example of why 90s comic characters sucked.

Nice interpretation I think this is nicer than some of the concepts from DC. If I might suggest adding knee high boots and making the cloak flare out a bit wider at the hip?
