Description
Leigh roasts (read: scorches to a ridiculous crisp) marshmallows at her retreat in the forest.This was off of the Repose Portfolio thus no further prints will be made of it.
pencil on typing paper inked with techpen then coloured in Painter.

AWESOMENESS! I mean really, Jay I've looked through all your art before, and I'm STILL amazed at how freakin' GOOD you are at this stuff. Leigh is one of the single coolest characters EVER and I've been waiting so long to see a new pic of her. Not to mention, Leigh is the hawtness ;3 . Once again you succeed. Keep up the amazing work

Damn, you really nailed the lighting on this one. From the the way details are bland and vague in the shadows to the way they become crisp and more defined in the lighted areas. This is really something else my friend.
I also love the way Leigh is casually toasting the marshmallow with her breath. Definite fav.

The purple palette in the shadows is amazing in this. Complementary to the yellow light, it really jumps out. As always, you always had an eye for detail man.

I just can't believe this could... come from paper, then Painter... I have to say, you have amazing skills.
Love the attention to detail. There're even bits of flame and spark flying off the main flame... ball(?) - and i still absolutely love your hair colouring. The solid-yet-hair look is brilliant. And you actually drew the zippers... cracks in the rock, etc. How long did this take you?

Did you know marshmallow's were originally made with a part of the marshmallow plant?(and thats where the tasty treat's name originated thus any new name could easily be applied to the tasty when roasted treat when it is not made with marshmallow ^_^)though some how....I get the feeling you already knew this :3
