Description
Leigh roasts (read: scorches to a ridiculous crisp) marshmallows at her retreat in the forest.This was off of the Repose Portfolio thus no further prints will be made of it.
pencil on typing paper inked with techpen then coloured in Painter.

Anyway, I really love all the details on the ground and trees. It may just be me who haven't been paying attention (very likely), but it would seem that you've done a lot more details on the background/surroundings on this one than on any of your other pieces. And I really like it.

I like how the colors match the setting. The way how you showed Leigh's fire being separate was just a little something I thought was cool since I would have just have thought to make it with the same glow coming from the campfire. Did you go to an art school? If so which one?

Wow thats incredible. But since you don't have some type of degree, even with your talent, does that prevent you from getting work? Since you worked in the comic industry, can you rely on being an artist to support yourself or do you need to work another job?

It hasn't held me back from any jobs yet. It has bee na kind of put up or shut up thing. I have taken work from people with art degrees because the ywere unable to do the work and i proved that i could do it and do it well ,which speaks volumes. I work freelance in association with a couple companies right now, I have worked as a full time artist to support myself for years now.
