A reference sheet for when Rhiannon takes on Time Form while in Tempest Cosmic Power Henshin. Design keywords are Steampunk meets Gothic Lolita. Henshin contains moving gemstone gears, and a working celestial clock.

Element: Pillar of Time/Fate Element. Regulator of Seasons. Master of Fates.
Stone: Garnet
Class Association: Historian, Druid, Oracle,
Animal: Chi'nori (A form of Fae Deer)
Distinguishing Marks - Rhiannon's right eye changes to Garnet, left eye becomes black with gold flecks. She usually keeps them Garnet to avoid questions. Hair turns silvery white. She can sometimes be seen talking in a "quaint old fashion", though showing remarkable understanding of modern and even future culture and developments.

All attacks in this form change to Time element in addition to Light. Time is an interesting element - like a cosmic clock with many smaller clocks and gears, it's map is a labyrinth. Time realm itself can appear in many ways - often a stream of some kind is present. Whether that is a wall of TVs of different makes and models throughout time broadcasting different time periods, or an actual stream with forks, or even a living tapestry. Even the very fates and gods of old find themselves fearing and beholden to time - they can turn from god to nothing in the span of time. But these great powers come with greater responsibilities....

Her functions cease to be the war, her loyalties to no king, queen, empress, sailor senshi, or phantom realm entity. Her duties lay in time itself - for one with power over time can never swear loyalty to a kingdom or ruler - such is a violation of the responsibilities and will end with the timekeeper's loss of power, rank and status. Perhaps even their life.

Time is not a simple walkway with a door - time is more fluid than that. To walk through time, you may well become lost - but hardly bored. Evolution itself follows Time's map, and so the Time realm changes - sometimes slowly, sometimes quickly - a building or door would never hold up. One day, the door could lead to a kingdom - the next, to a void at the end of time. But that is the way of time - and only those trained know its secrets.

While on her job, Rhiannon can slow, speed, fix, alter, and stop time as needed. But she rarely notices anyone in this form with a lifespan as short as most mortals have - they are like flowers - gone by the winter. And the seasons pass so quickly in the grand celestial time...
