The tattoos are a wonderful touch. I recently had to make a pirate for class as a character design, and I also did a woman. You brought some great ideas to the table that I didn't even think of and we both came up with similar ideas like the hook. I also noticed how she has a parrot type of appearance in her hair. Did you mean to do that? It looks great either way.
