Another art nouveau pic.
Drawn during some boring lecture.
The flowers were supposed to be poppies, but my mind couldn't give me a detailed image and I didn't have any reference so they don't look like real poppies... Just ignore it, let's just say they're my poppies.
Again, I had to cope with the brush-ended pen for the outline so the lines are a bit rough... And some colors spilled out of them... >.> Oh well. Who cares. XD

The flowers were actually the most problematic part as I didn't really know how a poppy looked like exactly.

Exactly! I have a huge soft spot for dramatic gowns especially those with corsets. 
And yay for drawing in class, it's the best time to draw, really.

I have soft spot for corsets too, that's why I make most of my charas wear them at some point. XD
I agree, it's good to give the flowers on the pictures your own flair.
The best pictures come out when you have to do something else. XD Besides, there's really nothing else to do during 9-hours stream of lectures. >.< If I was actually listening to them my brain would melt, I'm sure of that. XD

There's something elegant about them, where as clothes today are just far too simple or fair too crazy, I perfer the fashions of old.

Definitely, looking at the world today (not only fashion) I sometimes have a feeling that I was born too late. Like... hundreds years too late... >.>
Your flowers really do resemble the originals, I think. Even the rose.
That's why I haven't been attending them most of the time. XD Good thing they didn't ckeck the attendance.

Oh yes! I always feel like my soul is much, much older. That really the only things that I truly enjoy about living in today's world is the technology but I think I would have been much happier in a different time period, way, way back when. I think that's why I love history so much, it was much easier back then in terms of one's worries. And the fashion was much more awesome.
LOL I would always ditch class too. Sleep > Class.

Cośtam pamiętam, ale tylko tyle, że miała sukienkę z płatków maku. XD A Motyla to zupełnie nie kojarzę. XD Partnera może zrobię jak skończę te wszystkie pozaczynane rysunki, ale wątpię, bo zanim to nastąpi to zdążę zapomnieć.
