I really like the colours...the angle however seems a bit off...
The border is a good thing, I'd certainly keep it!
I'd change the font of your title...the picture is very nice, calming and urban yet the font you used is too modern for the picture...
Overall I'd say it's a great pic and keep up the good work!

thanks for the complements, but most of all thanks for the advice, a lot of people are not digging the angle but i was on the roof of a building that i wasnt supposed to be on so i was in a little bit of a hurry this was the best picture i could get at the time, and you're right about the font, it's way too much for the picture
i wasnt paying too much attiention to detail, which was a mistake, but i will certainly take that into consideration next time

No thanks for the advice, you're more than welcome! Too bad you didn't have the time to get angle the way you wanted...but the fact that you were on a building where you wasn't supposed to be does make the story behind the photo more interesting

I can't say I like the angle so much, but the colors and the subject are great. The title also works, and the border and font fit.

yeah sorry about the angle, i dont have a tripod so i had to lay the camera down to get a steady shot so i could realy get the angle right
