I really don't know. But if I understand correctly (cos i didn't find what "Triskellios" is... the image on right guy's clothes, ne?) this image is widely used... but not in this anime, yes.

I ran into triskellio for the first time when i played the first game of Bloodrayne, and the Anti Ghost Nazi division wore it just like swasticas...
Later on i discovered, that some neo-nazis from my country wear them as their sign on their jackets and bags...
But i think, that Eastern culture has the triskellio in their meaning, just like swastica ( swasticas are sometimes seen in shaolin's monastery's windows)
Swastica was also a slovian and indu sign of fire. Maybe Triskellio is also a sign of fire?
But it looks good on the pic ^_-
