Eegads, I didn't use watercolor for once?
I haven't used my prismacolor pencils for so long, so I decided to do a portrait with them.
I will add a tutorial for its creation later.

This is so regal and serene, but there seems to be an intriguing glint in her eye.
Aside from over all beauty, the anatomy is very good. I like the colors, highlighting, and shading. And cross hatching is always wonderful, especially when as well done as this. I also like the fact that you added purple into her hair to reflect the ornaments.
Oh, and sweet hair style.

There's something about this drawing...
I like the shape and texture of the hair. I don't see many pieces like this using color pencils... they are ussually kind of messy
