Description
A long time ago, back in the First World, the Gods fought a war amongst each other. One of these Gods whose name has been lost to time forged a mighty weapon. A spear that was said to have the power to destroy other Gods and even kill an Immortal. However, even this powerful weapon did not save the God who was eventually slain.
And while the God died, the weapon remained as a divine artifact cannot be destroyed. It survived the destruction of the First World and the Creation of the Second World where it was found and now resides in its own dedicated shrine.
Many since came, heroes and villains, to claim The Will as their own.
However, unlike most divine artifacts, The Will was never meant to be wielded by mortals. As such it is too powerful and will eventually overwhelm and possess anyone who takes it from its resting place. Those who wield The Will will experience visions of ever growing intensity until they can no longer tell reality from illusion, dream from wake. The visions brought upon them by the artifact will eventually destroy their sanity and shatter their mind. Returning The Will to its resting place in the shrine is their only way to free themselves from the madness. However, since The Will binds themselves to it's wielder's lifeforce, returning The Will means to forfeit one's life.

This is a weapon I came up with as a centerpiece for this www.deviantart.com/irolan/art/ā¦ years ago. I decided to recreate it in 3D and use it to play around in Octane some more.
