Ok ok, everyone loves Merida...she's amazing...BUT, my favorite from the movie is Queen Elinor! I love herrrr *.* She's elegant, strong, beautiful...
I would LOVE to see some official images of her youth...Maybe with Fergus...They're so cute together!

This is great ! I love your Fergus. And Elinor is absolutely perfect. And yes, they really are cute
I like to imagine her a bit wild in her youth (less so than Merida, though), making the most of it because she knew she'd have to be calm and mature soon enough (because she'd marry young). Which would explain why she was okay with Merida doing what she wanted as a child, but not that she wouldn't settle down once she was older, because Elinor had understood the need and couldn't see why her daughter wouldn't.
