Interesting costume, but she looks almost...bored.

Nice that you sort of used the New 52 costume that Wonder Woman wears and give it to Donna Troy. I still prefer the original iconic costume on Diana that she has worn for years, over the New 52 costume.

Hey, I believe Donna was in a cartoon series presenting "Teen Titans"
Also, in Wonder Woman 70s tv series was one wonder girl called "Drusilla" played by Debrah Winger

Thanks for answering all my comments!
Actually, I was thinking about: The Superman/Aquaman Hour of Adventure, an early cartoon where they animated the teen titans.

Donna is on SBFFS and it was stated she was supposed to have started on YJ's first season but due to Wondergirl issues she couldn't, so it was stated that Donna joined and left the team during the 5 year gap even though they did not appear, Lt. and Srgt. Marvel also did as well.

That's nice...but saying it didn't make it happen....that's more of an excuse to me then a fact.
Thanks for the info

Well if cartoon network wasn't being a butt (for lack of a better word) we'd get what we want, i'm sure Greg Weisman wanted Donna to appear on the show but for some reason she never appeared likely due to her wanting to either go solo or retire, infact he stated the Marvels and Donna's team deal so it happened. I want a few movies though one to bridge the gap and a Darkseid's Deadly Deal to close but thats not gonna happen

I have to agree.....they are more intersted in doing brainless infantile shows

and I think everyone's had enough stupid Batman cartoons, and YJ was just getting good as was green lantern and what does CN do, the replace it with that new batman show and a Candid Camera-esque Teen Titans rather than continuing from Calling All Titans and Things Change.

Nice design. I would have liked to have seen Donna, though I'm glad Cassie finally ends up getting some love outside the comics.

Not a Cassie fan myself. Donna hasn't seen cartoons since the 60s

True. But at least she's actually been in a series before, so Cassie's inclusion is actually... well, rather special.

I guess. I hate her comic book origins....but at least there IS a Wondergirl in YJ

Girl power! lol They also skipped Jason Todd as robin

ACdraw In reply to Inspector97 [2012-09-27 02:06:01 +0000 UTC]
Well, not really... "skipping" her would imply she was Robin before Tim Drake was... and she wasn't.

Well as I don't read...or care to...the new 52 universe that isn't really an issue with me. But if others enjoy it that is good.

Well as far as YJ there are 8 years between series so there could be as many Robins as they'd like. Though I'd be happy is they stopped at Tim

ACdraw In reply to Inspector97 [2012-09-27 02:43:05 +0000 UTC]
Uh, nope. 5 years. And well, what I was saying was, the only one they've "skipped" is Jason Todd. Stephanie Brown was the 4th Robin, Tim was the 3rd, hence my confusion over the comment.

Well, thanks to the newest episode, turns out they didn't skip Jason Todd after all.

Cool design! And yeah, I dunno what to make of Cassie yet. Donna, with a simplified origin as merely an amazon handpicked by Wonderwoman to be her apprentice, may have been a better choice, especially with those funny little DC shorts involving her, Batgirl, and Supergirl these days lol
