Description Happy Birthday to !

This is one of his characters, Pokey. He's like the mascot of his comic "The Pirate Madeline". Check it out, it's awesome!

If you read his comics, you might find this somewhat familiar. Well, it's actually his buddy Random who does this. He charges up like this for his "Red Dragon" move. The Pirate Madeline Page 52: No Pressure Right?  I thought it would be awesome and funny if Pokey was also able to do it. Who knows. XD

I like how you did the swirlingaura/water(?) effects. I also see you made use of the angle tilt for your compositions! It makes things more dynamic for action scenes and I have a habit of doing the same xD

It's aura. Or maybe energy. I don't know really. And yeah, I love tilting my scenes! Makes such a simple pic look just a bit more dynamic.

He does doesn't he? I think there are enough differences though. Actually, I think the only similarities they have are that they're both anime turtles and they have almost the same skin color.

Aww nah, he's not a dragon. I don't think so at least.

It's the name of the move. You know, Random has "Red Dragon". And since Pokey has a blue-ish scarf and theme (as opposed to Random's red), I thought his can be called "Blue Dragon" if he did have a move like that.

Yeah, I thought the same. He was probably based on it. But if you look close enough, you'll see the only similarities they have are that they are both anime style turtles and they have somewhat similar skin color.
