Meet the lost 5th turtle...Kameko.
She hails from a mystical world forgotten by modern eyes.
Her name means "Superior Child".
Weapon of choice: Fuuma Shuriken(Giant shuriken)
Kameko guards the gates to her world.

I based this character off of Venus from TMNT: the next mutation. Despite most people's feelings, I actually liked the idea of a 5th female turtle who was an all around true Shinobi. It just sucked that the show was sooooo poorly written.
If they were to bring her back they should do so along these lines in my opinion.
