i love the awkwardness of this photo. i think that is what gives it a certain atmosphere that i wouldn't be able to get if i had followed the rule of thirds. I hope i have found the exception to the rule.

The cotton in her hair makes the picture all the more intresting to look at. It really is an excellent shot! Wondering where I can get that kind of wall paper.. ._.

What gives this atmosphere is that it is bloody elegant.
The composition is terrific. The only thing which is in any way odd to me is that the wallpaper runs West to East instead of South to North. And you don't see photographs of bed warmers much these days. Hope seems to be floating, somehow. Well done.
