I love Valkyria Chronicles 2, and the delightfully zany Class G to bits, and given the chance, I'd draw the whole darn class!But instead, I'll probably whip up fanart of characters that I in particular, quite liked.
So here's one of Alexis Hilden, Class G's Armoured Tech tomboy~
I wasn't intending on drawing Alexis originally, but in the official artbook, there's a pic of her dressed in a girl's school uniform (which is unusual, as she dresses like a guy) and I thought that it'd make a nice idea for a pic.
I lengthened her hair a little and her eyelashes to emphasize the fact that she's actually a girl, but decided not to give her lip rouge.
Also kinda made her a bit girly-girlier. Femininier.
She's a bit like P4's Shirogane Naoto. But whereas Naoto actually dresses in a girl's school uniform under certain conditions, Alexis does not. チェッ。

If she'd changed into a girls' uniform during her "loyalty quest", that'd be great for fanservice purposes, but I suppose that it'd be out of character for her.
For all we know, she probably wears boxers to sleep!

It didn't really occur to me in putting a spoiler alert, because I didn't think that it was too much of a spoiler. Her gender was made clear after the first few cut-scenes, her name was Alexis anyways, so I thought that it wasn't that big of a deal. Even the artbook has her on the cover wearing a skirt.
Still, point noted!
In my defence though, as far as spoilers go, it's not as bad as it coulda been...

No no, don't worry about spoiling, if someone is looking for Alexis pics, I guess this person is playing a lot with him/her in the game and so has probably (or will soon) discovered the "truth". ^^
And yeah, about spoilers, my girlfriend (who's playing VCII as well) watched me finishing the august mission => Dirk is Leon, Juliana dies, the headmaster dies, Aliasse joins the group, Daddy Gassenarl dies. Now, that's what I call a spoiler.

Awesome work! There is not nearly enough VC2 fanfare. Alexis is one of my favorite characters (although, I also like just about the entire cast). Great work!

Strangely, I do! I already have some ideas for poses in my head, and I'll probably put pen to tablet sometime in the new year.
Melissa is a definite on my "To-Do" list, and maybe Magari or Marion.

I thought so too! The entire cast of Valkyria 2 was basically a checklist of Anime character clichés, so it was inevitable that there'd be a Tomboy/Girl-dressed-as-boy character.

Good point! Lavinia fills in the role of the tech-head, but there's no mad scientist character!
Clementia, Aliasse's "Mother" was a mad scientist, but not one of the good guys, though...
