Description This is a part of my Wizard-tree. Unfortunatly the rest of it did not survive a storm.
Original tree was approx. 90 cm high and contained several faces of wizards.

this is a very nice idea, and well implemented. but how did you attach the clay to the tree? it's unfired?

I was going to say how awesome this 'woodwork' was, but then read the fine-print of how it's ceramic! Now that's talent! I always say "if you can make one medium look like another, that's when you know you're good!". And, you are very good! Amazing work, keep it up!

Funny that you mention it, I always walk through the woods and see all these wholes (see my tree spirit) in the trees and wanting to make little faces in them to surprise the passers-by. I didn't find the time yet but will someday

I was completely sold on it being carved into a real tree... great work. Sad to hear that it didn't out live the storm...

Yes it’s a shame, but well these thinks happen to outdoor projects

Your faces that a lot of character and it looks so natural (the blend into bark) I thought it was a carving in a real tree. Magical!
