i've disabled comments on most of my opinion / 'do not interact if' stamps, since people on this site are incapable of critical thought, reading, or shutting up. if this choice upsets you intensely, please consider why that may be, why you think an internet fight is so important, and what better, more productive things you could be doing with your time. i recommend having a hobby that produces physical results, like baking, or sewing.For those of you who can't read: this says "My art". As in mine, or the art of the person using the stamp. It is not a statement on art as a whole. It is not a statement on deviantArt as a whole. (Though I wish it could be.) It is a singular person putting a personal boundary on their own work. If you cannot respect that boundary and decide to argue the reasoning, you are why that boundary exists. You are the problem.

Ahh, I understand now. However that's a rather dicey issue I'd rather not get into, as it pits me against the argument of freedom of expression at the risk of taking it too far VS moderation at the cost of censorship and "thought policing". Both sides have good and bad points so I really can't take a stance on it. On the one hand, you're right in that nobody should be able to dictate your thoughts and opinions. On the other hand, like half of all the art on this site is weird fetish shit...
