The original one I painted is TWICE this size! (I'll be uploading a "detail" montage to my FA page)

My YouTube Channel

LOTS of work went into this thing. X3 I think it's actually the first time I painted a full landscape digitally. o.o I tried a few new techniques with this. I used black and white shading on my fursona BEFORE I colored it rather than coloring and shading at the same time. The result was lots of fun. X3 The design on my fursona's shirt was actually inked traditionally and then stretched and cropped to fit. On the final banner, my logo and "media" is also traditional inking. One scrapped idea was to have random crystals lying around. This ended up being kinda distracting so I canned it, but at least I found out I know how to draw crystals pretty decently once I studied specific lattices.

I worked extra hard on this because I want this to last a VERY long time on my YouTube channel. (Until next year when they change it again. ) and wanted it to represent how much I've learned art-wise and how much of that skill I've applied here.

How long did this take total? idk, but it took all weekend. It was tedious... but it was also a lot of fun. ^_^ Time consuming... but hopefully rewarding.
