This is amazing the background and attention to detail is super rad okay!and the shading is amazing as well i love the hands and the arms .The only suggestion i would have was move nero closer to the edge it looks like hes floating sort of.
but over all this is stunning great job!! : )

I like it! Nero looks like he's floating, though. Also, the anatomy in not bad, there's just something strange in his arm. One part of it looks bigger than the other. But I don't think that matters much.
I like the colors of it, especially nero's tail and the shadows in his pants.
The background is good, but doesn't fit in him (as I said before, he's floating somewhere, not there)
His position looks strange too, but that may be because he doesn't fit in the background.
But I love the ice-ish background, that's great and nice and bluee.
You could train the expression on his face too, and showing he has fur not only in his tail and hair.
I tried to do the critique >.< I know I go into the negative things more, but I hope this helped you :\

First of all I have to say I'm not a specialist, this is only my amateur opinion. I fear of telling you bad suggestions and ruining something.
I don't think the hand is that bad, but if you prefer to do it better, go on 
About the fur, I sorta wanted to see more fur in his body, like his chest, but I'm no furry specialist...
Well, about the background... it is too blurry, unfocused. It could be more focused, because the anthro has his lineart very fosused too, you see? At least the ground and the background that is near him. Try doing it all more focused and just near him, maybe.
(I'm no pro, so just, sorry I'm saying wrong suggestions >.<)
And you could do shades in the ground, so we could see he's not in a fake background just like a green screen (like this. this one is a good example of how our drawings shouldn't look [link] )
Well... try it if you want and see what looks better: if this one or the other one.
