Description Another German classic and one of my personal favorites, the Mauser C96 was one of the standard issued pistols of Germany. First introduced by 1896, the Mauser was popular with the British and other private owners of the weapon. It fought in various colonial wars and even served alongside the Luger P08 by World War 1. The weapon also saw action in World War 2, as well as in Korea and even Vietnam.

One of my personal favorites as well! I actually had a chance to shoot my friend's C96 "Bolo" Mauser. These are very beautiful pistols.

This weapon also stayed in World War 2 rather than being replaced by the p38 due to it's inventive attachements,
namely the 20 round box magazine to negate the need to reload with a stripper-clip,
the infamous 'broomhandle' stock, turning the weapon into a carbine,
and the C96c, a select-fire variant that gave the weapon fully automatic fire capabilities.

Yeah I know but I prefer the semi-automatic version than the others
