Description Finally! To those who were awaiting the planet with rings deviation, here it is! After about 2 months, I was able to grab enough time to do it. Took me about 24 hours total. Please critique... a lot! I loved the critique on my last deviation. It truly helped.

EDIT: I did some antialiasing around the rings, the moon, and the mountains. Instead of adding a lens flare I did a little contrast.

This is AMAZING!! I would like to critique your work, but I can't find anything wrong about it! Reminds me of the Cassini Huygens mission to Titan. To my favs!

Ok, first let me say this is totally awesome! I love the concept, and I think as a whole you pulled it off very well!

Now the Critique. Lots, as requested, and keep in mind that I have a bright monitor, and some things might stand out more on it:

Negative but hopefully constructive:
Some of the individual elements are not incorporated very seamlessly. The bright pixels on the small planet look out of place, the small planet could also use some anti-alias to help blend it into the glow. The shadows on the ring also need some AA. The outer edge of the ring looks rough, I can almost see a line in some places, though the inner edge looks good. The clouds on the big planet look to rough, maybe a blur? There is a rather obvious black line between the mountains and space and it makes them seem disconnected from the rest of the picture. One last thing, I think it needs a lens flare.

Positive (Aside from the overall awesomeness of it):
The 3 levels of shadow on the ring are a nice touch, they really help blend the multiple stars into the picture in a realistic fashion. The way the ring fades from continuous lines to particles is also well done. I also like the glow around the planets, nice touch.

Keep up the good work, I hope to see more like this, I'm greedy that way...

Thank you so much. I do have some comments on your critique.
I am currently fixing the rough edges on the moon, the outer ring and the shadows, and the mountains. The "clouds" on the big planet aren't clouds. They are arctic regions, which is why they stand out so bluntly. As for the lens flare, it would probably ruin the beauty of the eclipse. If you really think it needs one, please get a second opinion and then tell me.
