Description This began as a quick painter sketch when I had just come back from a bad day at work. I think his expression says everything about the mood I was in. I then spent far too long messing about with texture layers in photoshop.

You've got a nice hand on this. It almost looks like watercolor. If you can bring yourself to play with texture a little more, you might want to try to differentiate the face from the fabric of the cloak. They feel very similar. But it's great, I love it.

Thanx- I bear that in mind next time. I used a scanned sheet of paper with rough watered down india ink as the texture- that's how I got the watercolour effect.
