Excellent. Of all the details in this piece that rock, such as the arcane energy arcing between her hands, her hair, her expression, them legs...er, *ahem*, the one that strikes me the most is the spinal armour.

Just wow.

Wow! Very cool lighting and pose! She looks dangerous! I like the armour design, too. As Murasaki said, the spinepiece is really neat.

That is a really round rack she's got there, hehe. O.O I wish I could get that kinda lift!

Neat lighting.

I think you could benefit from using a harder edged brush tool, or higher opacity settings. You have done an excellent job on the lighting and modelling the forms, but the blurriness of the edges keeps the viewer from focussing on the details.

That being said, good job on the pose, the expression and the costuming- it looks like you even used scanned textures for her loincloth, good stuff.

You pretty much nailed it. I'm using a hard edge but I'm set to 20% opacity. I tend to scribble when I sketch and render while doing the "total" digital thing, so it does get soft. As my confidence with the media increases I will take your suggestion and go for a stronger opacity. Thanks for the tip and comments.

Ooo!! I likes much! Heh-heh there must be some spell though for D20 worlds - "weightless bosom" that prevents sagging and enables the lady to wear interesting armor-tops.

The armor bracing her backbone is way cool! And the lightning is wonderful, too.
