I think it's a funny way of saying, look after your children don't let them wander off and do things they shouldn't... It was in a very public place but one where you need to behave yourself

I've been making a lot of signs like this for people recently (pro-quality, official looking ones. Like red vinyl on powder coat aluminum)
One I remember was "Warning: Unattended children will be given a free espresso and puppy"

I make all kinds of signs for a living. I don't physically make them anymore. I do the graphic design, setup, and some photography when requested by the client. Sometimes run the machinery that takes the raw material and makes the stuff so the production department can assemble.

All over town. We were the first of a national franchise, so I have to do tech support for the other shops too.
We mostly do mundane things for people's businesses, or for like hospitals and things. It's a custom made, commercial oriented, small run type business.
We have an agreement with the other shops that we won't compete, so can't do much national scale.
