I Am SO Pleased With This Shot!

I Was Taking Photos + I Started Talking To Him + Encoraging Him + Then Suddenly He Just Got Up + Walked Right Up To The Fence Like 2ft From Me - Amazing!

I Know The Bars Are There From The Fence But I Like That You Can See Him More Defined.

This is a beautiful shot, my dear Amazing the nobleness that comes out of it...
The closest I got to a Lion was in South Africa... alas I haven't been able to get a great shot like you and my camera was kinda crappy... but here it is if you'd like to see The Lion

haha well it depends if he was hungry or not =O I remember when I was young I got to feed a baby lion out of a bottle it was so adorable!!!!!

Yes. its a rare type of lion actually this one and they are killed every day in the wild. this zoo tries to breed them to get the population back up they have a lot of space indoors and outdoors to roam around and thats good, but i agree, its better to see animals in their natural habitats. however, if it meant saving the species, i would happily put them into a zoo until they could breed successfully a new generation

it was a zoo so there was a fence all the way around, i wouldnt be standing there if there wasnt a fence either LOL i would have been lunch *chomp*

no he wasnt cus he was protecting his Mrs i am super happy with this shot though as soon as he leaped at me i started continuous shooting and when i looked back at them this was the best capture thank you very much
