Here's an idea that's been stewing in my mind for quite some time. The idea of her having a vandal skin just makes sense to me as she is very much a vandal considering all of the things she has done in Piltover. I got nicknamed Jinx at my airsoft field due to some shitty circumstances - soon after started playing league and was hoping to make a Jinx based airsoft make up since I fell in love with her character. Then I found this beautiful creation and I have purple hair so I'm sure you can guess what I did! The only thing I don't like about this drawing is that it isn't an actual skin yet!?!? RITO PLEASE!!!!! I hope it is only a matter of time till they make this a skin and not an if because this needs to be implemented! You deserve it and we all want it D: !!! xD
Good job though, serious props it is a beautiful design!

I think I'd like this better than the Mafia Jinx. Honestly, I like both her base and mafia, but lean towards the base more. She doesn't have enough skins. This should definitely be another one.

A few things, and suggestions I have that could work well with actually incorporating this skin for Riots thoughts.
Minigun: It seems too basic, maybe adding some details and giving it more character towards being vandal-like.
Hair color: Black would seem more fitting but I'd also see why it's not black because then it would make her color dull seeing how she already has black clothing. Maybe the color red or black and change the clothes color up a bit.
Fishbones(Rocket Launcher): The Chinese are VERY stringent with human remains, instead of having the head so it would be more desirable to look into for Riot's player influenced skins, I'd switch the skull out for a shark skull and shark jaw cartilage to look like a skeletal Fishbones and maybe add the skeletal tail at the end as well, instead of a belt on Fishbones, have plastic soda can rings.
Flaming skull stun grenades: Replace with beer bottles, as I said in the earlier suggestion with the Chinese problem with human remains.
Skull bottle molatov(rocket projectile): Replace with small fish skeletons? I'm not very sure what for this but the skulls are still a big problem.

All valid suggestions, only thing is I believe Riot already announced that the Vandal series was over with so this was made mostly for fun. I doubt Riot would take another Vandal skin suggestion after closing that skin family. Thank you for the feedback though

The creator had trouble figuring out a minigun design so this one was chosen
Black hair would make the hole thing more bland,jinx hair is one the things that makes her stand out in league and this purple hair goes with her eyes
A fishbone skull would fix things I think,since champ like gnar that has a bird skull on its head is considered ok and lets not forget the jurassic skins,same for the rest of things related to skulls
I can also see the toy monkey that was shown in her cinematic being used has a logo for some reason

To be honest, I don't like Mafia Jinx since it doesn't seem to fit her very well imo. I can't wait until she gets her next one, and this defiantly should be a thing when that happens. ;;
