That Shockwave cover must be the most popular Transformers cover of all time. Possibly Mark Bright's finest hour and I love his work elsewhere.

He drew a particularly good Hawkeye and did most of the art for the early issues of Hawkeye's own series 'Solo Avengers'.
He also drew the only fight between She-Hulk and Colossus that I know of.

Ah, cool. I checked out a fair bit of his work a few days ago. I'd already seen some of the more iconic stuff like the covers, without even realising.

He was never one of Marvel's top artists, more of a journeyman who handled fill-in issues, but he was the go-to guy for Hawkeye IMO, at least when Clint was in the purple and blue circus suit. That's why he got the gig drawing 'Solo Avengers' and I think he might've drawn Hawk's first solo series as well. Fun fact: 'Solo Avengers' #1 featured the first-ever solo Mockingbird story which was the first ever Marvel work by a little somebody called Jim Lee
Man, I loved Hawkeye and Mockingbird as a couple, much more than Green Arrow and Black Canary.

I think I probably prefer Hawkeye and Mockingbird over Green Arrow/Black Canary as a couple too. Although saying that, I've always been a bit more of a Marvel fan over DC, so maybe a bit biased. I've been enjoying the Arrow TV series though. Just got season 5 left to watch.
