Hmm, Where this idea come from..?It's started when I reading a book about bugs and a book about hair design... Mix them up, and you got.. err,... A new bold way to decoreate your hair!!
Still playing with color, coz I am trying to learn CG with a mouse.. isn't easy... =.=;;;

*A* omigosh, the colouring is lovely!! no doubt about it.. you're improving!! (anyways, you need to let me know which tablet you're going for, i checked at the stores and usually they wont really pull the price down much)

I will give you the answer (to the tablet) after I check did my contest money sent in to my account or now, then I will discuss with my mom on how much she willing to give me to spent on a device that she tot I should not get so high tech, coz I have lost one before.

I still have alot need to learn. As I am still playing gradient coloring same as I did on vector. And I did a small update on the pic, a them have been added in it.

How cute - I love her smile, how it's higher up on the face makes it look very adorable. It's difficult shading with a mouse! For a quick tip on shading the hair what you can do is put a darker color in between certain strands (at the ends) and then smudge inward. That's what I did for the hair of my "The protector" picture and it turned out pretty well. Just a suggestion
I really like the soft look of the skin and the creativity of the picture over all! I really like the cocoons and how they blend in with her hair - metamorph! I wouldn't mind butterflies in my hair but I'll pass on the caterpillars xDD

Oh, cool, gradient tool! Yeah, that's pulling dark spots, and then you do it here and there to make it look cool. That way the hair has more depth. *nods**
