Today is 28th July!! (GMT +8)And Kuching Festival is here!!
Although I didn't get to do the Archway entrance design for this year, but atleast I got the mascots ready.
But there is a second story on the mascots before it was finalize..... or maybe not.

The first i saw those moe girls u drawn, my immediately think that they would simply reject it.XP (cos u know lah, not most people accept those comic kind of thing, plus what u working on is an public festival)
Seeing u doing decoration design kind of thingy just remind me of those yearly CNY decoration intra-classes contest back in those school days. It's sure lots of fun. And your work seems so fun & enjoy, awww, I want to draw~~~~>w<

Hmm, same fate too even living in a place with more genre toward the comical and animes.
I love to do drecoration design, but somehow ppl only remember to finds me when it is either Holloween or anything that my art doesn't ruin the happy atmosphere by my twisted turn artwork..

I think it wil best if Kuching have something familiar with Japan's Akibahara district and then we can celebrate with a lot Cosplays, animes and doujins convention!!!

Because the main purpose is promote the Cats City, so the mascots have to be 'cats', not 'neko-ko'.
Not alot of peoples will sudden jumps into new trends, and the theory of "If it ain't broken, don't fix it".
