Lanterns at the Kasuga Taisha shrine in Nara, Japan.A very clichΓ© shot of which I wish I spent more time on. This is a very commonly photographed scene, and I've seen far far better versions than mine, so i wish i could redo this.

You shouldn't be so hard on yourself, this is a great shot with good balance and use of lighting, especially in the foreground. And, personally, i really like the use of sepia.
