The first shot I'll post from my recent trip around the west of Japan.Taken from a street next to the world heritage site 'Kiyomizu temple' in Kyoto, Japan.

because of the house roof on the right, it's like our roof in Europe. Then you see a Japanese temple at the background, and there is that medley of architecture

How'd you get the radical color tones and the blurred clouds?
All from that 5 second shutter?

Nothing extraordinary, the white balance was set to luminescent lights, tends to lend the photo a rich blue hue.
