For a woman her age, Barbara Gordon has had some of the most comprehensive training in street fighting that is humanly possible. Her father, as a stern protector and a believer in the limitless potential for human cruelty, enrolled her in the most competitive and exclusive schools in Gotham for karate, judo, kung fu, eskrima, and jujitsu, from as early as the age of six. She earned a black belt or equivalent rank in all of these styles before she began training with Batman and Robin.
If there is one woman Mirror should not be fucking with, it's Barbara Gordon.

Seeing her opponent was clearly reeled from the vicious knee to the head Batgirl pressed on her attack.
Delivering a rising elbow strike that made him stagger backwards and nearly caused him to fall over.
Mirror was barely able to keep his balance and Batgirl realized she might be able to win this fight without even allowing him to get his hands on her.
