How did you spin the wire wool?
If on the end of a pice of string, the circle would not be so precise...

I filled a whisk with wire wool and attached it to some old headphones (I just happened to have some lying around) you can make the circle precise by keeping you hands very still after you start spinning.

Setting wire wool alight and spinning it around. Use a slow shutter speed on your camera and that's it.
