Something fun that I came up with haha~ You're silly if you don't get the reference~
Now before you scream at me, I know Pyroar is more of a lion, but I simply don't like its design enough. So, I chose Arcanine, who is also based on lions~

Looks great! Pokemon and The Lion King--two of my childhood favorites in one picture! :-D. I like how you did the clouds, and how you hid a Dragonair in there. I also see a profile view of Blaziken on the far left--at least, it looks like one to me... I also like how you drew the swirling flames in Rapidash's mane in the bottom right corner. Arcanine looks so proud and majestic. He truly is the Legendary Pokemon!

Isn't it based off of a canine too ? Probably the same with the Legendary Beast trio, where the Pokemon appearance origins are based off of mixture of animals like canines & felines, also mythological creatures.

Arcanine is actually based on the legendary kirin (which is partially leonine), and the "canine" in its name emphasize its more dog-like qualities. Still love this, though. XD

Nice example of lighting angles. I thought the whole scene would be a bit brighter, but a fading sunset still works well.
