Description Prismacolor pencil drawing on a 11 by 14 inch piece of Master's Touch paper of our local church as part of a charity auction. It was quite the challenge, but I'm glad it's done. This is my first drawing of a building/landscape.

Woah
Incredibly awesome work, those soft tones make it look so real and also so warm and welcoming. Fantastic stuff, especially the lighting on the odd bricks in the tower.

It looks so real! It's so detailed! I can't believe this is possible to create.

I did this 1 inch by 1 inch block. That way I could just concentrate on that one block. It's a tedious job, but worth it in the end. I did the wild turkey the same way.

Gee, I have never thought about this approach before. Usually, I just work from the background to the foreground focusing on how it looks together and if the shapes on paper resemble the ones on the reference picture, but this is a good way on how to stay focused on the details.

Indeed! I don't always use this method, but in this case it worked very well.
Like I said, it's tedious, but yes, you can really focus on details..
