On Saturday I spotted some young lady at the grocery store in Carmel where I like to shop who's fashions caught my eye. It was a bit unusual to me that she was wearing long levis on a hot day, but it was mainly the purple that caught my attention. I think Marge looks good in this color for some reason, maybe because of the blue hair. Anyway, just a summer rambling. ICopic used Prismacolor Deep Purple on the running shoes and Copic V09 Violet on her shirt.Marge is the property of Matt Groening.

I'll admit that Marge Simpson does look good in purple. You may recall that in my "On the Road" cover parody fav.me/da4rlhw I dressed Marge in an off-the-shoulder purple sweater. I like to dress Rhonda in blues, pinks and reds. Very sporty look for Marge.

I do recall that picture, as I think it's one of the best ones you've done. It had the cutest looking Marge.

Your "On The Road" deserves it. I was quite pleased when I first saw it. It included that wonderful frontal face view of Marge that was really unique.

Thank you kindly. That view of Marge was unique, I suppose, because it was so seldom done on the Simpsons TV show. Plus, I saw it as an artistic challenge. And, I think it's fair to say, that's a challenge I won.

Thanks! I've done several pics of her in purple, and she looks great in it. Lois Griffin looks great in blue-greens as well.
