With reforms and a crackdown on corruption and birocracy, Romania can be the 9th largest economy in Europe and strongest country in Eastern Europe, surpassing Poland and rivaled only by Russia and Turkey

No talking by todays standards but a country like Romania to be a hyperpower would be amasing Emil Cioran a Romanian philosopher and essayist said in his work "The Transfiguration of Romania" that he would love Romania to "have the population of China and the destiny of France".

Progressive economic policies, autocratic nationalistic leadership, and the rest of the world being covered by mostly small states, no larger than Romania in this case.

I'm not saying that this map is one of my better ideas though...
