Description
This is a map of Carthage (Qart-αΈ₯adaΕ‘t), in an alternate-history scenario where it had won the Punic Wars, and, somehow, survived until modern times. It is a prosperous, multi-cultural state that holds a lot of territories around the Mediterranean sea, and the Atlantic ocean. Incredibly wealthy and influential, Carthage is the leading state of the region.I made this as a sort of remake of my older map showing the Carthaginian Empire. You can find it here .
The flag is fictional. I couldn't find any historical flags or symbols of Carthage, so I used the flag from the older map.

It's actually a global map, not just Europe. I seem to have lost the site that I got it from, but I've been trying to find it again. I'll post the link here when I do.

No, it's not. I used that for most of my previous maps, but not for this.

It does look a bit weird that they have small bits of Normandy and Ireland though...

That region of France is Brittany - Normandy is along the Northern coast to the east of that area.

They're supposed to be what remains of Carthaginian colonies, former trade settlements and such. Somewhat like, say, Gibraltar.
